Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged item, please review the policy below:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged during transit.

  • In case of transit damage, we will replace the same product (subject to verification).

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. The video must be clear and continuous, starting from opening the sealed package.

  • Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Since we do not offer a pickup service, the damaged product must be returned to us by the customer.

  • Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Please note that requests without an unboxing video or reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
